Feb. 16, 2012 (Effingham, IL) – President and owner of Imagine This! Marketing Group, Deana Nuxoll, announces the addition of Kim Jansen to her growing, regional marketing firm.

We are excited to hire someone with Kim’s experience to contribute to our team,” says Nuxoll. “Our clients will truly benefit from Kim’s skills as both a writer and networker,” she adds.
Jansen will take on the role of developing social media and blog content, writing press releases, creating on-line marketing campaigns, and working to develop new business.

Marketing Group, and I look forward to working to promote existing clients and developing relationships with new clients,” said Jansen. “The Imagine This! team has a fresh approach in its marketing strategies and continues to grow as it serves regional clients.”
As an Effingham native, Jansen has been active in the community and currently serves on the board of directors for TREC, Ballard Nature Center, and the National Road Association of Illinois. She also is a member of the Artisan Fair planning committee, is a mentor for the Effingham Unit 40 mentoring program, and is a member of St. Isidore Parish. Jansen also received recognition in 2010 as a Top 20 Under 40 recipient.
Jansen graduated from Effingham High School in 1997 and from Eastern Illinois University in 2000, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. Before coming to work for Imagine This! Marketing Group, she was employed as tourism director for the City of Effingham. She also has worked at Lake Land College as a grant writer and at the Effingham Daily News as a news reporter.
She and her husband, Terry, reside in Island Grove, with their three children, Nicholas, Nora, and Reuben. Her parents are Donna and Dan Overbeck of Effingham.
